We have proposed a 6 story commercial building consisting of office and retail spaces, along with the renovation of the 1889 building to use as the primary lobby entrance for the new structure. The new building will be predominantly retail and restaurant on the ground level and office on levels 2 through 6. We propose a metal panelized skin system with large storefront glazing for retail and office levels.
