This project site is a 5 Acre Syrah Vineyard in Healdsburg. The existing site contained an older farmhouse and a large vineyard. The Owners were looking for a Guest Cottage for their grown kids to visit a stay on property with room to grow for the grandkids. The design was a 1,200 sf barn style structure sitting in the vineyard.
