Designed and conceived with San Jose’s historic agricultural history in mind, The Almaden Road Apartments incorporate the historic look of the farm and agricultural buildings seen at the turn of the 20th century into a modern, multi-family housing development. Studio Current designed 318 one, two, and three bedroom apartments in four buildings on approximately seven and one-half acres. Interior spaces feature modern amenities while exterior spaces boast private patios, decks, and large, landscaped courtyards. In an effort to increase the amount of green space available to residents, the buildings are oriented toward a neighborhood park with frontage along Almaden Road.
