This project includes phases of conceptual design and master planning in order to meet the objectives of the Owner, various building partners/operators, and the Stevens Creek Boulevard Urban Village Plan as adopted by the City of San Jose. The proposed project includes:

- 270 000 SF Office Space

- 200 unit podium Hotel
