On a narrow lot (80’w x 308’d = 24,640 / 0.56 Ac) on Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino, Studio Current designed a 50 Unit “Pied a Terre” (or Foot in the City) project to provide compact homes for people who work at Apple Computer or one of the other local Tech Companies in the area. A café space is built into the storefront of the building with below grade parking that opens to a light filled courtyard with amenity space for the residents. The 3-story project is built at 90 Dwelling Units per acre with one parking space per unit.
