SENIOR ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER:MANAGER

A Manager to lead out and guide projects from the programming & conceptual planning stage through completion and occupancy.
Basic job requirements are listed below:

- Passionate about quality Architectural design & Urban planning
- Graduate of accredited 4 or 5-year University -Architectural Design program
- Licensed to practice Architecture in California Experienced in all phases of design & architectural drawings
- Skilled at estimating & budgeting hours and scope for new design projects
- Hands on experience with Revit / AutoCAD / Bluebeam programs
- Great communication / leadership / and communication skills
- Expert at navigating & conversing on Zoning & Building Codes
- Ready to make mark on the future of our community

JUNIOR DESIGN & DRAFTING:

A Junior Design & Drafting teammate to work on projects for all phases of work. This is an entry level position for someone with solid design & drafting skills that has a desire to learn & grow into greater opportunity & responsibility in our design office. Basic requirements for this job position are listed below:

- Passionate about quality Architectural design &
- Urban planning Graduate of accredited Architectural Design program preferred
- Hands on experience with Revit / AutoCAD / Bluebeam programs
- Great at working in a team environment & excellent communication skills
- Experience with as-built plans and field measuring & surveying
- Ability to perform online searches for Zoning &
- Building Code data Ready to make mark on the future of our community
